The first thing you'll notice about Navid is how polite and congenial he is. The whole process was stress-free and enjoyable. Also, he has some of the best prices around, it's no surprise he sells so many cars compared to his competition. I picked up a Mini Cooper S and love love love it.

I visited a couple other lots before making my way to the L.A. Car Collection. Instead of talking about how bad they were, I'll tell you how great Navid was. He never had me waiting for anything and would even appologize for slight delays. I started the process in the morning and told him I'd be back at 2:15pm to finish the paperwork. When I arrived, he had the notary and the state farm representative queued up back to back. I was done with everything in less than an hour, despite him patiently answering my stupid questions. The man runs a tight ship and talks with a certitude that only comes from knowing his craft inside and out. I  highly recommend him!

"Amazing Customer Service"

I wanted to leave a post about L.A. Car Collection's customer service along with it's fantastic pricing.  I was looking for used Toyota Prius for several months.  A friend of mine referred me to them and I am thankful.  Not only was the price $2,000 cheaper then any other dealership I went to but one of the managers sat down with me and pretty much went over the whole owners manual with me.  I left there knowing exactly what my car is capable of doing on the road.  The manager even checked up with me two months after I purchased the car to see if there were any problems with the car.  Great service goes a long way.  If you're looking to buy a car definitely go to them.

"Best Deals in Town!"

L.A. Car Collection has the best prices hands down!!! Navid was great to work with.  He made sure that I got what I was looking for and made sure that it happened.  I was never pressured into buying this car, hence why I came back for my new 350Z.  The process between my credit union and this company was a little bit of a challenge, but Navid did a great job at being patient and not rushing me with getting all the paper work done.  I would recommend this place to everyone.

"Professionals, Honest, Highly Knowledgable"

Lets just say this....I would 150% buy a car from Navid and LA Car Collection again. I had a Volvo SUV that I was selling and had been looking at getting a used Lexus SUV but, wanted/needed a good deal.  

I am a smart shopper and looked around and did my homework over several weeks.  I live in Northern CA and was able to find a handful of the Lexus SUV's with the options I was looking for but, they were still out of my price range.  I called and visited several dealerships and car lots to see if they were willing to work with me and they weren't.

I then widened my search to all of CA and found LA Car Collection -  What a hidden gem!! They have so many amazing cars at great prices, low miles and really great shape.  I called Navid and told him exactly what I wanted...He had a car that fit my needs but, I was not sure he could meet me with the price.  I told him I was a serious buyer and would fly down in three days to buy the car if I could get it inspected that day.  I also mentioned that I had looked at several of the same cars up here and they were not willing to budge on the price - he was.  We talked over the next day or so about all of the details.  I sent him our flight info so he knew we were serious.  I am sure that there were other people that looked at and wanted to buy "my car" but, Navid kept his word and held onto it for me.  My husband and I flew down, got the car inspected, signed all of the loan docs at US Bank (where he got us a great interest rate) and we were on HWY 5 driving  home to Northern CA by noon.  It was as seem less as you could imagine.  

Navid and I both know that I not only got a great car, but at a great price. People comment on my car all of the time.   It was very well taken care of by the previous owner and it shows.  They are usually pretty stunned that my car is 7 years old and only has 70K miles on it. Some have even thought it was a NEW car.   I often tell people how much I paid for the car and that I went to LA to get it and they say -  "Thats crazy!"  my response is, "nope, not when you get exactly what you want and need ***AND*** saved 10K compared to the Northern CA dealers".  No brainer.  To me, paying $120 for one-way Southwest tickets has no comparison to 10K.  

In regard to Navid, he and his father are true professionals. They know so much about how to run a business where the customer is happy and gets exactly what they need.  I am so pleased with my car and the entire sales process with Navid and LA Car Collection.  He will get my business again and again, no doubt.

"Excellent Customer Service"

I was in the market for buying a car and just didnt want any car i was looking for a mercedes. I went to a few dealerships in town and did not find what i wanted and the dealers wanted to really get with their ridiculous prices.  So i started searching online and ran across l.a. car collection, but they were in l.a. and i live in vegas. i decided to give them a call anyway and man was i glad i did. I spoke with Navid and he treated me like i was his most important customer. I told him what i was looking for and he told me to give him a couple of days . sure enough in a couple of days he calls me and said i have your car for you. It had less mileage than other dealers and it was a few thousand less.  I was a little hesitant that i havent seen the car. So he told me that he would deliver it to me and told me i would be very happy. THe customer service and the way he treated me so i trusted him and  i said okay. I recieved the car and man i thought i bought a brand new car. This mercedes looked like new. I checked it inside and out and not one scratch. I was completely amazed on the quality of vehicle i got and the quality of service i got.  THis dealership really knows how to treat their customers. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. I would not go to another dealership again.  i was definitely one very happy customer. Thanks Navid.

"Amazing Car Buying Experience"

I decided to buy an Infiniti G35, used.  After searching, I found one at a dealership past Long Beach.  I drove over there.  Used.  Pearl color, 60,000 miles.  Sent mechanic to look at and came back with so many major issues, I passed.  Found another G35 in Van Nuys.  Sent mechanic.  Had a cracked engine.  Now I'm in the hole $260 and still no car.  Came across LA Car Collection.  They had a G35, but not in the color I wanted.  Also a later model; a 2005.  But it only had 45,000 miles on it and looked pristine.  Sent mechanic over AGAIN.  This time he came back with only a few minor issues; a belt needed to be replaced, tiny body damage (almost not noticeable) one tire may need to be replaced, locks not working.  But excellent otherwise.  The car had only one owner and they took excellent care of it.  I met with Navid to "negotiate" the price.  I read up on all the scams car dealerships try and how to avoid them.  But Navid tried none of them on me.  He was honest, straight forward.  I ended up paying the actual asking price they listed, which was $16,990.  The cars' Blue Book was around $17,890.  The insurance company also valued it at near $18,000.  So despite the fact no money was knocked off, I got an excellent deal.  Other similar vehicles with mileage over 60,000 were listed as $18,700 and up elsewhere.  I ended up getting financing through them with Chase.  He showed me the actual quote from Chase so I would know that they did not add extra percentage points on the interest to make money (like a lot of other dealerships do).  They also work with you after the sale.  They fixed the locks as promised.  I've had the car for 1 month now.  Just had to change the rotors in the back because of slight squeaking sound.  (But the pads/breaks were still in good condition).  Also had a tire repaired and a belt replaced.  Feels good to know that after doing all my homework I received a fantastic used car with no major concerns.  I would definitely recommend LA Car Collection to anyone looking for a luxury used vehicle at exceptional prices and in good condition.

"Great Selection of Infiniti Vehicles, Great Prices!!"

People if you're in the market for a used vehicle this is the place to go. I have just moved here from Dallas,TX and was in the market for a used Infiniti not sure whether I wanted a G35 Coupe or an Infinti FX35. I had searched for many months and came across L.A. Car Collection on Yahoo Autos. There selection of Used Infiniti's was amazing. The customer service was excellent, the sales people were very kind and attentive to my needs.
